Upholding politicians and the press

Elders have considered a suggestion that we gather together in the manner of Friends to uphold politicians, the media and all in positions of power and influence at this very difficult time for our country. This will not be to support any particular side or outcome but in faith that a better, more harmonious future is possible rather than the current chaos and division.

We propose that we meet in the Margaret Kemp room 10-10.20am prior to Meeting for Worship on Sunday 28th April to sit in silence. Initially this will be a one off event, though it could be repeated if we feel so led.
