Heritage Open Day 2019

Visit our historic 18th Century Quaker Meeting House, with its 21st Century modern ecological extension and beautiful garden.

We hope to open the Meeting House will be open from on Saturday 14th September, with local Quakers on hand to answer questions about the building and about Quakers today.  You will also be able to explore our central Bury garden, a vital lung for the town.

This year’s Open Heritage national theme is “People Power” and we hope to show local and national Quaker illustrations of this.

Light refreshments will be on offer.
